BLANK DESTACKING SYSTEMS

The Front of Line with manual fanner magnet positioning will feedblanks into high-speed tandem press lines. Swivel arms are easy to handle by simply moving the fanner magnets manually towards the stack of blanks and secure them in place. Optionally, by using built-in compressed air nozzles, aluminium blanks can also be processed without loss in performance. Thanks to its modular design, the Front of line can be used in a newly installed turn-key system or for retrofit or completion of an existing press line automation system.

The centring device offers customers full flexibility at low costs. Up to 4 blanks can be centred without the use of part-specific tooling, eliminating the need for tooling changing and storage facilities, resulting in a significant reduction of errors and follow-up costs..

Our robotic press tending solutions can be custom-designed to meet your requirements with options such as high-speed part shuttles, hand-off or idle nest stations, robot-to-robot part flip over, vacuum, mechanical and magnetic grippers, automation tool change, and slide bases to facilitate die change.
